The machine automatically detects the glass dimensions and displays the measurement data on the screen. With fast operation, high measuring accuracy and excellent repeatability, it significantly improves production efficiency and processing consistency.
High-Speed Glass Handling
The machine features high-speed opening and closing, while the center support automatically moves according to the glass size. Equipped with a safety light curtain for enhanced operational safety and accurate positioning, the system achieves speeds of up to 25 cycles/min.
High-Speed Glass Edge Grinding
Equipped with a belt-driven spindle, roller guide system and dual servo drives, the grinding system delivers smooth operation, high precision and excellent stability. The maximum grinding speed can reach 20 m/min.
