Constructed with a four-layer, high-density polyester weave and Swiss low-elongation webbing technology for a compact, ultra-strong build. The uniquely thickened and heavier design (approximately 9kg heavier than average market equivalents) provides superior resistance to wear, tear, and abrasion, ensuring a longer service life.
The lifting hanging bar is made from a thickened seamless steel pipe with a 146mm diameter. Deep penetration welds, created by industrial-grade CO₂ arc welding, are finely polished to prevent sling damage and guarantee the absolute stability of the core load-bearing structure.

The lifting system incorporates an optimized design protected by a Chinese National Patent (No. 201430200860.0). Its engineering is based on precise mechanical calculations of vertical and horizontal load capacity, specifically optimized for glass sheets ranging from 2000mm to 3660mm in length.
Each product passes destructive tension tests from authoritative Chinese domestic institutions and is underwritten by Pacific Insurance Company, providing dual assurance for your lifting operations.
The flat webbing construction ensures even pressure distribution, preventing surface damage from stress points. Reinforced edges with high-strength stitching and multiple attachment points allow for easy and secure connection to cranes or hoists.
Precision Engineering & Easy Operation
The surface of the glass lifting hanging bar is treated with epoxy paint, offering excellent rust resistance, corrosion resistance, UV protection, and strong adhesion to prolong service life in harsh environments.
Clear markings on both the sling and the bar facilitate quick identification and standard operation. Custom configurations are available (recommended sling length is glass height plus 700mm; recommended bar length is glass length minus 500mm).
